With more than 35 years of experience across real estate, capital construction, facilities management, architecture, and government sectors, Darren brings a rare blend of strategic vision and technical expertise. A veteran and accomplished executive, he has led large, complex projects valued up to $300M and managed teams of over 60 design and construction professionals. Known for his energy, precision, and client focused leadership, Darren delivers innovative solutions with the disciplineand excellence that define his career.

Tanya brings a refined eye for style, precision, and creative expression to every space she designs. After a successful career of 30+ years leading large teams and complex projects in the corporate sector, she now channels her organizational mastery and passion for beautiful living into interior decorating. Known for her ability to blend function with flair, Tanya has transformed spaces into warm, elegant, and thoughtfully curated environments. Her approach is client centered, detail driven, and rooted in the belief that every space should feel both personal and inspiring.

Stryker Sessions, RA

Principal Architect

Stryker, is the senior registered architect on staff who serves as the principal architect for the firm. Stryker has over 30 years of architectural design experience in all facets of architectural design with a primary focus on urban design and development. He has won numerous awards and accolades for his design throughout the years, and has designed well over 500 projects varying in scale from mixed-use development, office design and residential communities’ projects, to large multi-tower commercial developments.

Audrey Hinton

Business Development

Audrey is the Business Development specialist with more than 35 years of combined information technology and program management experience in both government and commercial organizations. She is a former Chief Information Officer for the DC Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs and Business Development advisor for CGH Technologies, Inc. Audrey has received numerous awards for her public and community outreach services.

Jasmine Comedy

PM/Interior Designer

Jasmine brings a strong foundation in design and technical expertise to every project she touches. A graduate of Marymount University with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Interior Design, she began her career at HOK, one of the world’s leading architecture and design firms. With more than five years of experience across institutional, commercial, and residential projects. Jasmine has worked as an independent designer, project manager, permit expediter, and plan reviewer for respected firms in the Washington metropolitan area, including MGMA Architecture and Perception Interiors by J. Allen. Her work reflects a balance of creativity, precision, and thoughtful problem‑solving—resulting in spaces that are both beautifully crafted and highly functional.

Alexis Gentry

Project Architect

Alexis brings extensive experience in residential, commercial, and mixed‑use design, leading projects with a balance of creativity, technical rigor, and purpose. A graduate of Drexel University’s Architecture program, she began her career at Perkins Eastman, where she gained deep insight into designing with intention, building trust within teams, and aligning design solutions with a firm’s broader vision. Passionate about creating meaningful work that serves communities, Alexis is part of a new generation of architects redefining what it means to design with impact. She is also an active member of NOMA, serving as Programming Committee Chair for her local chapter.

Jon Sullenberger, RA

Associate

Jon is an associate registered architect; whose primary responsibility is the oversight of the construction documents. He has over 20 years of architectural design experience in urban architecture with a primary focus on residential design. Jon is also LEED accredited, and has designed and managed several LEED design and construction projects.

Joelle Comedy,

Project Coordinator

Joelle serves as our Project Coordinator, supporting the full design process from concept development through construction documents. She plays a key role in business development, proposal preparation, marketing initiatives, and maintaining our digital presence. Joelle also documents our construction projects through video, capturing each milestone from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting. A graduate of Temple University with a degree in Mass Marketing, she excels in cross functional collaboration, systems evaluation, and process improvement — bringing clarity, organization, and creative support to every project.

Maurice Gentry

Construction Manager

Maurice is a resourceful, bilingual construction manager with experience leading complex residential and light commercial projects from concept to completion. He has overseen multimillion‑dollar builds, coordinated diverse subcontractor teams, and managed fast‑paced schedules with precision and professionalism. Known for his strong communication skills, risk awareness, and meticulous attention to detail, Maurice brings both technical expertise and client‑focused service to every project. A graduate of the University of Tampa, he excels at building trust, navigating diverse stakeholder needs, and ensuring each project is delivered with quality, clarity, and care.
